Manisha has been with Praise Foundation since its inception in 2015 and has been able to connect with a number of corporate companies, institutions and individuals to raise support for the projects of various NGO partners.

Being in this field for quite sometime now, she acknowledges that social transformation does not happen overnight and believes that no project can be perfect at the planning stage but there is always room for improvement that includes unforeseen challenges and changing dynamics that need to be dealt with.

She has been able to help companies like WILLIAMS LEA TAG, MODINE THERMAL SYSTEMS, MOL BULK SHIPPING implement their CSR projects and also helped companies like MICROSOFT, AMAZON, ANZ, SUTHERLAND, GENESYS, TEMENOS, PARK HYATT and many more in employee engagement programs. she has also been able to implement a number of projects with the help of The Ladies Circle Chennai and Bengaluru and The Round Table in Chennai.
